The vegetable knife for the demanding kitchen

The Nakiri knife is the perfect tool for precise and clean cutting of vegetables. The Nakiri, literally translated "cutting vegetables", is specially designed for precise cutting of vegetables and is an indispensable tool for every amateur chef and professional. Inspired by centuries of ancient Japanese blacksmithing, this Nakiri knife impresses with its slim and rectangular blade shape. Whether you are cutting thin slices of tomatoes or chopping broccoli into fine pieces, the Nakiri knife masters every challenge with flying colors.

Extreme hardness for long lasting sharpness

The blade of the Nakiri knife, with a length of 17.50 cm, is made of 67 steel layers of original Japanese Damascus steel with VG-10 steel core and reaches a remarkable hardness of 60+-2HRC. The multiple wound steel layers give each damascus knife in the EDIB series a unique structure that makes it truly one of a kind. This perfectly matched combination of different raw materials makes the knife extremely hard and ensures that it stays sharp for a long time.

Fatigue-free work guaranteed

The handle of the nakiri knife is made of high-quality pakka wood and radiates timeless elegance. Thanks to the optimally balanced and ergonomic design, the Nakiri knife of the Wakoli Edib series is equally suitable for left- and right-handers. The handcrafted handle fits securely and comfortably in the hand for perfect balance and control while cutting. Convince yourself of the high quality and performance of this exceptional damask knife!

Very valuable knife

This knife looks beautiful and valuable. The handle is not solid wood, but pakkwood, which is a veneer. It still looks very nice and feels good in the hand. Good value for money. The delivery speed is very fast.

Sauscharf

My wife has joyfully tried the knife. What do I say: There would soon have been fingertip salad.
So my tip: If you are not so savvy cut resistant glove to buy. Otherwise, absolutely great knife.

The best knife

What I have bought so far. Super balanced and absolutely sharp due to 15 ° cutting edge. Thank you for this quality.
