Our Wakoli "Ebo Series" Damascus knives are among the sharpest knife series in the world
Perfectly balanced with ergonomically shaped handles made of black oak wood, the knives in the Wakoli Ebo series are particularly suitable for fatigue-free work!
The perfect paring knife
The Nakiri knife is perfect for precise and clean cutting of vegetables and is highly appreciated by Asian chefs for its wide, double-sided blade. It is the perfect knife for vegetables, fruits or for dividing sushi rolls.
Extremely hard and longer sharp
The blade, with a length of 16.50 cm, is made of 67 steel layers of original Japanese Damascus steel with VG-10 steel core and reaches a hardness of 60+-2HRC. The steel layers were wound several times, whereby the structure of different layers makes each damascus knife of the EBO series a real unique specimen. The perfectly matched combination of different raw materials thus creates a unique product that is extremely hard and therefore sharp for longer.
Optimized for fatigue-free work
The black handle is made of black oak wood and is a testament to timeless elegance. Thanks to the optimally balanced and ergonomic design, the Nakiri knife is equally suitable for left- and right-handed users!
