The knife of the three virtues
The Santoku knife from the Wakoli EBO series is the first choice of discerning home cooks, because it makes precise work an effortless pleasure. A true all-rounder, whether for cutting meat, fish or vegetables, the Santoku knife is characterized by its flexible uses. This also explains the name: Santoku stands for san = three and toku = virtues.
Genuine Damascus Steel with VG-10
The blade, with a length of 18 cm, is made of 67 layers of original Japanese Damascus steel with VG-10 steel core and a hardness of 60+-2HRC. These layers of steel have been wound several times, which means that the structure of different layers makes each knife from the Wakoli Ebo collection a unique product. The hammer blow gives the blade a very special look.
For fatigue-free work
The black oak handle ensures fatigue-free work in the kitchen and is very comfortable to hold. Due to the ergonomic shape of the handle, the Santoku knife is suitable for both left- and right-handed users. Our knives combine traditional craftsmanship with modern Asian blacksmithing.
