The wave makes the difference
The bread knife from the Wakoli Ebo series has a serrated edge, making it the ideal knife for cutting bread. It is also very suitable for cutting other types of pastries or roasts with a hard crust.
Extremely hard due to VG-10
The blade, with a length of 20 cm, is made from 67 layers of original Japanese Damascus steel with a VG-10 steel core and achieves a hardness of 60+-2HRC. The steel layers have been wound several times, which makes the structure of the different layers of each damascus knife in the EBO series truly unique. The perfectly coordinated combination of different raw materials creates a unique product that is extremely hard and therefore sharp for longer.
Fatigue-free work
