Wakoli Damascus paring knife - blade length 8 cm - extra sharp professional kitchen knife with damascus blade and oak wood handle, chef's knife, Wakoli Ebo series
The Wakoli damask knives are among the sharpest knife series in the world. The peeling knife from the Wakoli Ebo series is excellent for peeling fruits and vegetables because of the special blade shape. Especially professionals use these knives for touring to bring fruits and vegetables into a beautiful shape.
The blade, with a length of 8 cm, is made from 67 layers of original Japanese Damascus steel with a VG-10 steel core and a hardness of 60+-2HRC. These layers of steel have been wound several times, whereby the structure of different layers makes each knife from the Wakoli collection a unique product.
The ergonomically shaped handle is made of black oak wood. Our knives combine traditional craftsmanship with modern Asian forging techniques. The perfectly coordinated combination of different raw materials results in a unique product that is highly resilient and extremely hard and therefore stays sharp for longer. Made from 67 layers of steel, these knives not only look unique, they are also razor-sharp.
