The Nakiri knife from the series Wakoli Oribu is optimal for the precise and clean cutting of vegetables and is used by asian cooks due to its wide double sided blade is very much appreciated. It is the perfect knife for vegetables, fruit or to divide sushi rolls.

Traditional forging

The Damascus blade, with a length of 18.00 cm, is made of 67 layers of steel original japanese damascus steel with AUS-10 steel core manufactured and reaches a Hardness level of 60 HRC. The steel layers were multiple wound, which makes the structure from different positions each knife from the Oribu collection to a real unique makes. Our knives combine traditional handwork with modern asian forging. The perfectly coordinated combination of different raw materials thus creates a unique product, the Extremely hard is and thereby longer sharp remains.
