Our Wakoli Damascus knives are among the sharpest knife series in the world. With its long, curved blade, the chef's knife from the Wakoli Ebo series is ideal for slicing vegetables or herbs quickly. The blade with a length of 20 cm is made of 67 steel layers of original Japanese Damascus steel with VG-10 steel core and a hardness of 60±2HRC. These steel layers were wound several times, which makes the structure of different layers each knife a unique product.

The ergonomically shaped handle is made of black oak wood. Our knives combine traditional craftsmanship with modern Asian forging techniques. The perfectly balanced combination of different raw materials results in a unique product that is highly resilient and extremely hard and therefore stays sharp for longer. See for yourself!
