The Wakoli damask knives of the Oribu series is one of the sharpest knife series in the world. Perfectly balanced with ergonomic olive wood handles, the knives of the Oribu series are comfortable to use. The olive wood handle fits comfortably in the hand and lets you conjure up a very special dish with ease from various ingredients such as vegetables, meat or fish.

Our damask knives are made of a special Japanese damask steel with a particularly hard AUS-10 core. The high-alloy carbon steel blade provides the optimum sharpness. This knife is made of 67 layers of steel and not only looks unique, it is also razor sharp.
