The chef's knife from the Olive HS series is the first choice of the chef, because it combines the most diverse applications in one practical tool. The long and at the same time wide blade is divided into different zones, which will achieve very good results when cutting vegetables, cutting meat or cutting herbs.
Extremely hard thanks to VG-10
The black and hammered blade with a length of 20.00 cm is made of 67 steel layers of original Japanese Damascus steel with VG-10 steel core and reaches a hardness of 60+-2HRC. These steel layers were wound several times, whereby the structure of different layers makes each knife from the Wakoli collection a real unique specimen. Our high-quality Damascus knives combine traditional handwork with modern Asian forging art. The perfectly coordinated combination of different raw materials thus creates a unique product that is extremely hard and thus remains sharp longer.

The ergonomically shaped handle made of fine selected olive wood stands with its unique structure for timeless elegance and is suitable for left- and right-handers. This creates a unique knife that can be relied on at all times in everyday use.
