Nakiri knife from the series Olive HS is optimal for precise and clean cutting of vegetables and is very appreciated by Asian chefs for its wide, double-sided blade. It is the perfect knife for vegetables, fruit or for dividing sushi rolls.
Traditional forging
The blade, with 17 cm length and black hammer finish, is made of 67 steel layers of original Japanese Damascus steel with VG-10 steel core and reaches a hardness of 60±2HRC. The steel layers were wound several times, which makes the structure of different layers each knife from the Wakoli collection a real unique. Our knives combine traditional handwork with modern Asian forging art. The perfectly matched combination of different raw materials thus creates a unique product that is extremely hard and thus remains sharp longer.
Timeless and unique
The handle is made of fine olive wood and stands with its unique grain for timeless elegance. The ergonomic shape of the handle makes it ideal for left- and right-handers. This creates a unique knife that can be relied on in daily use at any time. Convince yourself!
