Seishin Kiritsuke knives - Masterful precision and elegance in perfection
Immerse yourself in the world of the Seishin series, where the highest craftsmanship and the latest technologies merge in an exclusive knife series. The Kiritsuke knife from the Seishin series is a symbol of precision, aesthetics and functionality, ideal for discerning chefs and connoisseurs.
The blade - a masterpiece made from 110 layers of full Damascus steel
The 28 cm long blade of the Seishin Kiritsuke knife is made of 110 layers of full Damascus steel, a composition of two high-hardness steel types that have been fused by masterly blacksmithing. Thanks to precise heat treatment at over 800°C and subsequent cold treatment at sub-zero temperatures, the blade achieves an impressive hardness of 60±1 HRC. These processes give the blade outstanding sharpness, durability and corrosion resistance. When used correctly, the full Damascus blade remains sharp for longer and is easy to resharpen.
Exclusive sharpness and precision
The Seishin Kiritsuke knife impresses with its exceptional sharpness, achieved through the combination of traditional Japanese single-edge sharpening (KATABA) and Western V-shaped sharpening (RYOBA). This technique ensures clean cuts without damaging the cellular structure of the food being cut, thus optimally preserving flavor and nutrients. The precise cuts of the Kiritsuke knife turn your culinary creations into a visual and taste experience.
The handle - a symbiosis of form and function
The handle of the Seishin Kiritsuke knife consists of a noble combination of Nordic desert ironwood and black G10. Desert ironwood is known for its natural resistance to warping and cracking, as well as its non-slip properties and moisture resistance. The ergonomically shaped handle ensures comfortable and safe handling, even during prolonged cutting work. G10, a material with excellent insulating, corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant properties, gives the handle additional stability and durability.
Perfect balance and functionality
The Seishin Kiritsuke knife offers a perfect balance thanks to its well-balanced design and careful workmanship. The special blade geometry and the grinding angle of approx. 15 degrees enable effortless and precise cuts, ideal for demanding cutting work in the professional kitchen or for ambitious amateur chefs.
Exquisite presentation
Each Seishin Kiritsuke knife comes in a luxurious gift box that not only offers optimal protection, but also allows for stylish presentation. This knife is the perfect gift for professional chefs, knife lovers and anyone who demands the highest standards from their kitchen equipment.
