Damascus knives Zayiko olive series is one of the sharpest series of knives in the world. Perfectly balanced with ergonomic olive wood handles, the knives are comfortable to use.

The blade with hammer stroke and 20 cm length is made of 67 layers of original Japanese Damascus steel with VG-10 steel core and reaches a hardness of 60±2HRC. The steel layers were wound several times, which makes the structure of different layers each knife from the Zayiko olive collection a real unique.
