The blade with hammer stroke and 20 cm length is made of 67 layers of original Japanese Damascus steel with VG-10 steel core and reaches a hardness of 60±2HRC. The steel layers were wound several times, which makes the structure of different layers each knife from the Zayiko olive collection a real unique.
