Real damask
The 17.5 cm blade is made from 67 layers of original Japanese Damascus steel with a VG-10 steel core and a hardness of 60±2HRC. The steel is folded several times so that the structure of different layers makes each knife a unique product. This makes the steel extremely hard and keeps it sharp for longer. Each knife is unique.
