The Wakoli damask knives are among the sharpest knife series in the world and complete every professional kitchen as well as the kitchen of a passionate hobby chef. These Damascus steel knives made of Japanese steel were created according to the same principle of making samurai swords (katana). The Rockwell hardness is 60 +/-2.

Professional combination whetstone grit #1000/4000
The high-quality whetstone offers one side with a 1000 grit for controlled main grinding and one side with a 4000 grit for the following fine grinding. This "all-round" sharpening stone offers you the possibility to produce main and fine grinding with only one stone and is therefore also ideally suited for beginners. The sharpening aid supports you when sharpening your damask knives on the wet sharpening stone and always helps you to maintain the correct angle of 15° degrees.
