The Zayiko meat fork from the Professional series is the ideal fork for holding, turning and carving roasts and large pieces of meat. The long tines ensure that even large pieces of meat and roasts are held securely. The roast fork is therefore the ideal tool for carving and slicing. Likewise, the tines are ideally suited for checking the cooking state.
The tines of the Zayiko Professional carving and meat fork are made of Damascus steel. The solid core of the tines reaches a hardness of 60±2HRC. The shapely handle is made of exquisite maple wood, finished with high-quality resins to protect the wood from moisture and ensure long durability.
This perfectly balanced combination of blade and handle make the Zayiko Professional series an ideal tool in the kitchen and on the grill, which is pleasant and comfortable in the hand even during longer use. The symmetrically shaped handle makes the Damascus meat and carving fork suitable for both left and right-handed users, ensuring precise cutting performance and a firm grip.
After use, rinse the meat fork directly under hot water and then dry it with a soft tea towel. Please do not clean the fork in the dishwasher.
