With this special 2-piece set of carving knife (also often referred to as meat knife) and carving fork, you are perfectly equipped to perfectly carve and present roast, poultry or grilled food of all kinds.

Meat knife

The meat knife from the Zayíko Kinone series is the first choice of the meat and barbecue fan, because it makes the precise cutting of large pieces of meat an effortless pleasure. This high-quality Damascus knife is also ideal for filleting, thanks to its long and narrow blade.

Carving fork

The carving fork is ideal for holding and turning roasts and large pieces of meat. Due to the long tines, even large pieces of meat and roasts are held securely. The carving fork is therefore the ideal tool to ensure optimal hold of the cut meat during carving, pre-slicing and slicing. The tines are also ideal for checking the cooking state.

Structure

The special blade is made of 67 steel layers of original Japanese black Damascus steel with VG-10 steel core and a hardness of 60±2HRC. The unique structure of the damascus blades makes each set of knives from the Zayiko Kinone collection truly unique.

Root wood

The handles are made of noble birch root wood and stand with their unique grain for timeless elegance. Our knives combine traditional craftsmanship with modern Asian forging. The perfectly coordinated combination of different raw materials thus creates a unique product that is extremely hard and thus remains sharp longer.
