The Santoku knife with the design Kuro #ICHI is one of the product highlights from the house of Oleio! The blade with a length of 18.00 cm is made of original Japanese Damascus steel with 67 steel layers, VG-10 steel core and a hardness of 60+-2HRC. These steel layers were wound several times, which makes the structure of different layers each knife from the Zayiko collection a real unique.
The handle is made of fine pakka wood and stands for timeless elegance. Zayiko damask knives combine traditional craftsmanship with modern Asian forging. The perfectly matched combination of different raw materials creates a unique product - highly durable, extremely hard and thus sharp for longer.
